I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hair salon. After giving birth, I went in, hoping to refresh myself with a nice haircut.hair colour and hair treatment, but instead, I was met with disrespect, swearing, and harassment from AJ. The unprofessional communication left me feeling upset and in tears. According to the NSW Fair Trading Code of Practice for the Hairdressing Industry, hairdressers are required to treat customers with respect and ensure professional communication. This standard was clearly not upheld during my visit. In addition, I also believe that his treatments do not align with my expectations.. He needs to not only address his behaviour but also improve his skills.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking a respectful and positive experience.
